How Answer Hero Works
Answer Hero is designed to sit where voicemail normally would: after hours, when your team is busy, or when a call is not answered.
1. The caller reaches Answer Hero
When a call is not answered, Answer Hero greets the caller and explains that it can answer quick questions or take a detailed message for the team.
2. The AI answers or collects information
The caller can ask questions about your business, leave a message, complete a survey, request a booking, or provide details for a job, quote, support ticket, or callback.
3. Required fields are collected and confirmed
You choose the information you want collected. Answer Hero asks for missing details, reads the collected information back to the caller, and allows corrections before the message is sent.
4. Appointments can be booked automatically
For bookings and meetings, Answer Hero can check availability, offer suitable appointment times, and create the event in Google Calendar. Office 365 calendar support is planned.
5. Your team receives the full call package
The notification includes the structured message, any appointment details, a full transcript, and the original audio attachment so your team can review the call if needed.
